Torma Cha-Sum Offering
ཆ་གསུམ།
三分食子
A powerful ritual to help dispel illnesses and misfortunes.
Tibetans believe that certain illnesses and misfortunes happen when a minor part of the consciousness has left the main consciousness and the body. The cha-sum offering is to bring that part of the consciousness back. This ritual is only performed during nighttime (after sunset.)
If you wish to request this offering, please contact us in advance, as this offering requires necessary preparations.
We ask that the individual requesting the puja be present during the nighttime offering. If this is not possible, we suggest a 3pm ritual; Venerable Yeshi may suggest a different time based on individual needs.
